Specification:38*50,38*60,38*75,38*100,38*125,38*150,38*175,38*200
Color: Black (Custom colors available upon request)
Opening Method: Side-opening
Structure: Bridge-type / Fully Enclosed
The crossbars feature a side-flip opening mechanism: one end of the crossbar is fixed to a link, while the other end can be opened simply by flipping it upward from the side. This design ensures the crossbars remain attached—preventing loss—and allows for single-handed operation. The links are constructed from reinforced PA66 nylon with thickened walls, enabling them to withstand moderate loads. The side-opening mechanism incorporates a spring-loaded self-locking latch; to close, simply press the crossbar downward to engage the lock; to open, just flip it upward from the side.
Each crossbar can be operated independently, facilitating convenient individual access for cable maintenance. With an internal height of 38mm, the system can accommodate medium-diameter cables and pneumatic hoses. Optional dividers are available to physically isolate cables of different voltage levels.
Applications
Inside CNC Machine Tool Enclosures: The crossbars remain attached, preventing them from falling into the machining zone.
Beneath Machining Center Worktables: In confined spaces, lifting the crossbars laterally is more convenient than lifting them vertically.
At the Base of Automation Equipment Control Cabinets: One end of the crossbar is fixed, ensuring it cannot fall deep inside the cabinet enclosure.
Conveyor Lines Mounted Against Walls: Crossbars can be lifted from the outer side, allowing for simple and easy operation.
On Injection Molding Machine Robot Beams: For overhead applications, there is no need to worry about crossbars falling.
Inside Laser Cutting Machine Worktables: The crossbars remain attached, preventing them from striking and damaging the laser head.
