Key Features
* **Ultra-Low Dust Emissions (Clean Core):** This is the most fundamental difference between cleanroom cable chains and ordinary cable chains. By using special low-wear, non-air-releasing materials (such as high-polymer PU, e-PTFE, modified PA, etc.) and a special structural design, it significantly reduces particulate matter generated during movement due to friction, meeting stringent cleanroom standards from ISO Class 1 to Class 5.
* **Ultra-Flexible and Compact Design:** "Ultra-flexible" is reflected in two aspects: firstly, the material itself is more flexible, adapting to extremely small installation spaces; secondly, it often employs a flat structure, greatly reducing installation height. Products like the e-skin flat are specifically designed for confined spaces such as those used in semiconductor equipment.
* **Extremely Quiet Operation:** Low dust emissions often also mean low wear and low vibration, resulting in excellent quiet operation. Some advanced products can operate at noise levels as low as 29-38 dB(A), far lower than traditional cable chains.
Anti-static (ESD) function: Many cleanroom applications are highly sensitive to static electricity. These cable chains can achieve a surface resistance between 10⁶ and 10⁹ Ω by adding anti-static agents or using conductive materials, effectively preventing static electricity buildup from interfering with precision equipment.
Modular design and easy maintenance: To facilitate quick cable replacement in clean environments and reduce the risk of contamination, these cable chains often employ zipper or snap-on designs for quick opening.
Main Application Scenarios
Cleanroom ultra-flexible cable chains are primarily used in any field with strict requirements for cleanliness, noise levels, and space constraints in the production environment:
Semiconductor and Microelectronics: Core equipment such as wafer handling and lithography machines.
Display Panel Manufacturing: OLED and LCD panel production lines.
Medical and Pharmaceutical: Medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical filling lines, etc.
Precision Optics and New Energy: Optical inspection equipment, photovoltaic and lithium battery manufacturing.
Other High-Precision Automation: Such as robotic arms, dispensing equipment, and pick-and-place machines in cleanrooms.
