Steel cable carriers are rigid and resistant to deformation, capable of supporting heavy loads and numerous cables and oil pipes. They operate stably with low noise levels (no more than 68 decibels) even at maximum speeds (40-50 meters/minute), and have a safe service life of at least 1 million cycles.

"Drilled" Design: Holes are pre-drilled in the aluminum alloy support plate for fixing and separating cables. Two main types are available to suit different needs:

Type I (Integral): The support plate is a single piece, offering the highest strength and stability, but cable threading may require insertion from both ends, taking slightly longer.

Type II (Separate): The support plate is split in the middle, offering slightly less strength but easier assembly and disassembly. Cables can be inserted by opening the cover, making wiring and maintenance faster and more popular in the market.

Modular and Easy to Maintain: The cable carrier consists of numerous unit links, each of which can be opened for easy installation, addition, or replacement of cables, eliminating the need for cumbersome cable threading.

Aesthetics and Corrosion Resistance:

The chain plates are treated with chrome plating, zinc plating or powder coating, which not only makes them look beautiful and enhances the overall quality of the equipment, but also provides good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Main Application Scenarios: Perforated steel cable chains are particularly suitable for use in environments with reciprocating motion and high environmental loads. Their core function is to provide traction and protection for internal cables, oil pipes, air pipes, water pipes, etc.

Their specific applications are very broad, including but not limited to:

Machine Tools: CNC machine tools, machining centers, etc.
