Product ID : Y20-Y100
Product Description

Fully enclosed type: Features cover plates that completely encase internal cables and hoses, effectively blocking external contaminants such as metal chips, dust, and coolant; suitable for harsh environments.

20mm: Small-scale specification with a compact structure, ideal for tight spaces. Commonly used in small automation equipment and electronic devices to protect thin cables and air hoses.

25mm: Compact design offering moderate capacity. Widely used in general industrial equipment such as CNC machine tools, injection molding machines, and robotic arms.

30mm: Medium-scale specification with a stable structure; suitable for reciprocating motion under moderate loads. Commonly found in automated warehouses and conveyor systems.

35mm: Medium-sized specification with high load-bearing capacity. Suitable for reciprocating motion in medium-to-large machinery; capable of accommodating multiple cables and hoses.

45mm: Large-scale specification with ample internal space. Commonly used in heavy-duty machine tools and large automation systems to protect thicker cables and oil  hoses.

55mm: High-capacity specification designed to house multiple thick cables or hoses. Used in complex systems such as lifting equipment and large robotic arms.

65mm: Large-scale specification with high load-bearing capacity. Suitable for long-stroke reciprocating motion in heavy-duty equipment, such as port machinery and metallurgical equipment.

80mm: Extra-large specification with ample internal space. Suitable for demanding applications—such as large port machinery and metallurgical equipment—that require high load-bearing capacity and superior dust protection.

100mm: Extra-large specification with maximum capacity. Used for massive cable and hose systems, primarily in automated warehouses or specialized heavy-duty machinery.

Material and Performance

Excellent overall performance: Features high tensile and compressive load capacities, along with good toughness, elasticity, and wear resistance, as well as flame-retardant properties.

Strong environmental resistance: Resistant to corrosion from oil, salt, and weak acids or alkalis; maintains stable performance across high and low temperatures and in outdoor environments.

Long service life: Capable of withstanding 5 million reciprocating cycles under normal overhead operating conditions.

Core Principles for Model Selection

When selecting a model, in addition to considering the internal height, the key criteria for dimensional selection are as follows:

Internal Height: Based on the thickest internal cable, the minimum internal height is determined by taking its outer diameter and adding a margin of at least 10%. If cables overlap, the calculation must be based on the actual height of the overlap.

Bending Radius (R): This should be at least 1.1 times the largest bending radius among the internal cables, with an additional margin of at least 10%, to ensure the cables are not subjected to tension during bending.

Key Points for Installation and Use

Proper installation and usage are crucial for optimal performance; please consider the following:

Internal Cable Management:

Allow for Slack: Reserve 15%–20% of the internal space to allow cables and hoses to move freely, preventing excessive tension when the cable carrier bends.

Proper Partitioning: Lines with significantly different diameters should be routed separately, and weight distribution should be balanced. When there are many lines, using dividers to separate the internal space is strongly recommended to prevent tangling and abrasion. Maintain a gap of at least 10% of the cable diameter between cables.

Symmetrical Placement: Heavier and thicker cables should be placed on the sides of the carrier, while lighter ones are placed in the center to maintain balance.

Installation and Maintenance:

Openable Links: The cover plates on each link of the fully enclosed carrier can be opened, facilitating the installation, removal, and replacement of cables.

Regular Maintenance: Regularly clean and inspect the chain links and internal cables for wear, and apply appropriate lubrication.
